These terms govern your use of the ZOPP app and services. By using ZOPP, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Etherion Technologies], operator of ZOPP ("ZOPP", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ZOPP.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use ZOPP. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase age-restricted products (such as alcohol). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Your account

You register using your phone number and/or email; ZOPP does not offer third-party social logins. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login and device secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. The ZOPP marketplace

ZOPP is a marketplace that connects you with independent vendors (including markets, shops, restaurants, and producers) and delivery providers across multiple categories — groceries, electronics, pharmacy, restaurant food, auto parts, construction materials, and more. Vendors are responsible for their products, descriptions, availability, pricing, and legal compliance. ZOPP facilitates ordering, payment, and delivery but is not the manufacturer or producer of the items sold unless expressly stated.

You can pay by card or mobile money through our payment partner, Chapa, or by cash on delivery where offered. By paying, you authorize the applicable charge. Card details are handled by Chapa's secure checkout; ZOPP does not store your full card number. You are responsible for any fees your bank or mobile-money provider may charge.

7. Delivery

ZOPP offers Express, Standard, and Scheduled delivery, subject to vendor and location availability. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, vendor preparation, and other factors. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and reasonable access for delivery, and for being available to receive the order. A photo or other confirmation may be captured at delivery.

8. Age-restricted and regulated goods

Certain categories are regulated. Alcohol is sold only to customers aged 18 or older and may require age verification. Pharmacy items may require additional verification or a valid prescription, and may be subject to professional and legal requirements. You agree to provide accurate verification information and to comply with all applicable laws. We may refuse or cancel orders that do not meet these requirements.

9. Cancellations, refunds, and returns

You may request to cancel an order while it remains eligible (generally before a vendor has begun preparing or a driver has collected it). Refund eligibility depends on the item, vendor policy, and order status; perishable, age-restricted, and certain other goods may be non-returnable. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. To raise a refund or dispute, contact support@zopp.app with your order number.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: providing false information; interfering with or attempting to breach the security of the app; using the service for unlawful purposes; abusing, threatening, or harassing vendors or drivers; or attempting to evade age or payment controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11. Intellectual property

The ZOPP name, logo, app, and content are owned by ZOPP or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZOPP disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of independent vendors and delivery providers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

13. Termination and governing law

You may stop using ZOPP and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of [Addis Abeba, Ethiopia], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
